HEY,
I’m Dr. Myron Krys—psychotherapist, scholar, and lifelong bridge-builder.
My work sits at the intersection of depth psychology, theology, sexuality, and cultural identity. I support clients and communities in unearthing the stories they’ve inherited, the wounds they’ve internalized, and the truths waiting to emerge.
I hold a Ph.D. in Pastoral Theology, Personality, and Culture (clinical track), a Master of Divinity, and advanced training in self psychology, psychoanalytic theory, and decolonial approaches to healing. I serve as a full-time psychotherapist at The Depth Collective, and I create liberatory healing spaces for individuals, relationships, LGBTQ+ communities, and BIPOC clients.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a speaker, singer, educator, and creator of transformational group programs like Bold, Black & Beloved Brotha and Sacred Wounds, Sacred Wisdom.
My work is guided by these commitments:
- Identity matters.
- Healing is relational.
- Rest is resistance.
- Your story is sacred.
If you’re seeking a therapist, speaker, or facilitator who is warm, direct, culturally attuned, sex-positive, queer-affirming, and deeply invested in your wholeness—you’re in the right place. Let’s connect!
