My therapeutic, coaching, and speaking approach is relational, depth-oriented, and liberatory. Whether I’m sitting with a client or standing behind a microphone, my work is rooted in the belief that transformation happens when people feel seen, affirmed, and invited into deeper self-understanding. I don’t just name what is happening in someone’s life—I help them explore why, and how their internal world has been shaped by relationships, culture, systems, and story.

Release RedesignMy Work Integrates:
  • Object Relations & Self Psychology Understanding how early relational experiences shape emotional templates, defenses, and needs—and how we can update those patterns toward healthier connection.
  • Decolonized & Anti-Oppressive Practice Unlearning internalized shame, fear, and survival-based roles imposed by culture, religion, or systems of power. Reclaiming the self we were always meant to be.
  • Somatic & Polyvagal Awareness Honoring the body’s memory and cultivating nervous system regulation so healing isn’t just cognitive—it’s embodied.
  • LGBTQ+ and Sex-Positive Values Embracing sexuality, identity, kink, and relational diversity without judgment. Affirming the fullness of human expression.
  • Neurodiversity-Affirming Frameworks Helping clients with ADHD and other neurotypes work with their brain—not against it. Reducing shame, increasing agency.
  • Trauma-Informed Spiritual Integration Supporting clients in healing religious trauma, reconstructing meaning, and reclaiming a spiritual life that belongs to them.

My Speaking Philosophy

My speaking is an extension of my clinical and coaching work—it’s relational, embodied, and grounded in lived truth. I don’t believe in standing on a stage to perform perfection or deliver disconnected information. I speak to spark recognition, regulation, and liberation.

When I speak, I aim to:

  • Tell the truth with heart.
People don’t need more polished façades—they need resonance, reflection, and realness. I speak from my own story and from the collective stories I’ve held.
  • Break down complex psychological concepts into human, digestible language.
I translate depth psychology, trauma theory, and identity development into something people can feel and immediately use.
  • Create a room where people breathe again.
My talks are less “lecture” and more “collective exhale”—a space where people feel affirmed, challenged gently, and reminded of their own inner wisdom.
  • Practice liberation, not just preach it.
Every keynote is an act of unlearning, decolonization, and returning to the self. I help audiences release the beliefs that bind them, reclaim the voice within them, and redesign life and love on their own terms.
  • Engage the body, mind, and spirit.
I bring vocality, presence, embodiment, and grounded energy to the stage. As a singer and scholar, my cadence, rhythm, and storytelling create a full-body experience—not just a keynote.
  • Hold audiences with compassion and clarity.
I’m direct but gentle, warm but grounded. I guide people into deeper insight while giving them the tools to carry that insight home.

The Experience With Me

Whether in therapy, coaching, or a keynote room, the vibe is the same: grounded, honest, warm, collaborative, and human. I’m not a passive observer—I’m an engaged guide, a reflective conversation partner, and a witness to the parts of you that are ready to rise. My work is about helping you make sense of your inner world and reshape the patterns, stories, and systems that no longer serve you.
